Are all your products gluten-free?
We are proud that all of our products are 100-percent gluten-free and baked in our dedicated 100% gluten-free commercial kitchen. Our founder is Gluten Intolerant and sure to source and use only the safest, best ingredients.
How should I store my cookies?
Because our cookies are made with the freshest quality ingredients and without preservatives, our cookies are best put in an air tight container and the cookies can be refrigerated up to 4 days or frozen until expiration date. Also, cookies can be warmed from room temperature in the microwave for about 10 seconds.
Are you a nut-free bakery?
Yes. No nuts are allowed in our facilities.
Are any of your products vegan?
Sorry, but no. Eggs and butter are key ingredients in nearly all of our products. But we’re working on it!
What is the best way to keep our baked cookies?
Since we don’t add preservatives, our baked cookies stay fresher if kept in an airtight container room temperature or frozen. If kept frozen, cookies will last two months. If kept at room temperature, cookies will last about a week.
Where is your store?
We don’t have a physical store. We focus all of our attention on creating foods we sell to Food Service Companies and Restaurants to offer as a gluten free option on their menus. We also sell on our website and ship directly to you.
We ship anywhere in the continental US via FEDEX. Due to our commitment to freshness and your order arriving intact, we do not ship to Alaska or US islands. Please refer to our Shipping map for transit times.
Are your products GMO free?
Yes! All of our gluten-free products are free from GMO’s (genetically modified organisms). We understand the importance of real food with wholesome, clean ingredients and strive to source the best possible natural and organic ingredients for you and your family.

Do you ship to warm climates?
Yes, we ship in a reusable earth friendly insulated box with frozen gel packs to warm climates.
Can I return any items?
Unfortunately, because our products are perishable food items, once they leave our facility we cannot accept returns. We stand behind our products and if you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately.
